The below terms and conditions relate to products bought from Laburinthos, ie escape rooms, printable kits and other products. These terms and conditions relate to all products sold by Laburinthos Ltd regardless of where the products are sold by.

1. YOUR STATUS

By buying an escape room product, you confirm that:

You agree to follow all rules, regulations and professional verbal direction that may be given at any time to ensure your safety.

You are aware of the terms and conditions for this product and you also agree to not sharing specific information about the product to other people.

2. Products

Our products indicate suggested are ranges and we recommend that these are adhered to as some of the puzzles may be too demanding for those younger.

2.1 DOWNLOADING PRINTABLE KITS Laburinthos is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information submitted by you during the buying process. Download information is sent by email only. If you do not receive any emails or the email is corrupt in anyway (blank or otherwise), please contact us to assist.

2.2 REFUNDS This section is relating to any refunds.

2.2.1 REFUNDS Refunds are only available if the product is supplied incorrectly or in a unfinished state, or the product fails to download. Please contact us to discuss.

3. RUNNING ONE OF OUR GAMES

3.1 LIABILITY If you run one of our escape room games either at a venue or at home, you are responsible for the health and safety of those taking part and Laburinthos Ltd accept no liability.

3.2 COPYRIGHT Buying one of our escape rooms provides you with unlimited copyright to use for your private enjoyment. However, we do not give permission for our escape rooms to be sold on. Please contact us to discuss selling our products, if that is required.

4. COSTS

4.1 PRINTABLE KITS COSTS The price of the printable kit is as quoted in our brochures, flyers, and on our website, except in cases of obvious error. Prices are liable to change at any time, but the changes will not affect products already purchased. Payment should be made via Credit or Debit card or through a PayPal account, on the payment page after a booking has been made.
